Recipes from Poland with pictures and videos.
This cookbook site is written and published in Warsaw Poland. All recipes are authentic recipes written from information provided by Polish cooks and bakers, some of whom have won cooking and baking championships.
In most cases there are videos showing each recipe being used so that you can follow step-by-step and fully understand what the recipe is trying to say.
In all cases, all recipes include pictures.
This site is being reloaded from another domain so not all the recipes have been reformatted and placed in this site. Pages are being reformatted and added to the site each day.
The most complete recipe section at this time is the one covering Poland’s most popular food – pierogi. That section will continue to grow as we add new videos.
The next section to load will be traditional Polish recipes. And that will grow as we had videos.
If you have a recipe that you would like to add, please contact us using the contact page below.
At the bottom of each page is a site map where we have cataloged all the pages and recipes related to that general food topic. The navigation bar at the top of this page will take you to the main categories within the Polish recipe book.
You can also use the search engine at the top right to find our complete collection of recipes.
Included are videos and pictures taken in Warsaw and other locations around Poland in homes, restaurants, and at outdoor events. All are un-staged amateur photography of the world of food in Poland.
You are invited to participate in this effort to catalog real and useful videos about Polish food. Upload them to YouTube and attach them to one of ours using the video response tool in the comments section.
Also, please add your comments, recipes and ask questions in the food forum.
We have published to cookbooks and a third is on the way. The proceeds are used to support making more movies and recipes to add to this cookbook.
